Emma Simmons is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in integrative body-mind psychotherapy. She received her Master’s in Counseling from Southwestern College and maintains a body-centered psychotherapy practice working with adults, couples and groups in Santa Fe. She specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, addictions, loss, depression, pain and illness. She also works with issues related to sexual identity, relationships, and creativity. Emma has worked for over twenty years in the mental health field in Britain and in the US. Her experience is wide ranging, including counseling in grassroots women’s organizations, social service agencies and at a residential trauma recovery center in Santa Fe.
Her office is located in the St. Frances Professional Center just north of San Mateo on St Francis. It is wheelchair-accessible (30’’ door width) and there is an accessible parking space close to the door.
